WPCG-Accredited Leak Detection & Repair Works
Expand Group Plumbing & Gas was engaged to complete WPCG-accredited works at an Ampol service station, carrying out specialist leak detection and repair across the site’s petroleum and diesel systems. Working within a live fuel environment required strict adherence to WPCG protocols, risk controls, and safe-work procedures, ensuring all activities were undertaken safely and in full compliance with industry standards.
Our scope included diagnosing suspected leaks within the underground fuel infrastructure and associated water ingress points. Using approved WPCG-compliant leak detection methods, we inspected containment systems, pipework, pump infrastructure, and surrounding service conduits to identify the source of the issue. Once located, our team completed the required repairs, reinstated affected plumbing services, and ensured the system was restored to safe operating condition.
All works were delivered with minimal disruption to site operations and in accordance with WPCG, Ampol, and environmental compliance requirements.
